Patent Abstract
A telecom‑integrated emergency override infrastructure system is provided. The system includes a unified override pipeline configured to process emergency events across a plurality of carrier networks.
The system includes a governance module storing a configuration‑immutable policy manifest, the governance module configured to validate authorization for override actions against the policy manifest. The system includes a rules engine communicatively coupled to the governance module and configured to select a scenario from a plurality of predefined scenarios based on a received trigger packet. The system includes a payload subsystem configured to deliver symbolic multisensory payloads comprising at least one of audio, visual, or haptic outputs.
The system includes a device‑inhibition bypass mechanism configured to enable emergency payload delivery when a target device is in an inhibited state.
The system further includes a four‑node deterministic fallback chain configured to ensure survivability across primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary routing paths when any node in the override pipeline degrades or fails.
Overview
The Helix Emergency Override System establishes a sovereign, carrier‑integrated emergency communication backbone designed to ensure deterministic delivery and survivability during infrastructure failure. It operates as a sealed, outcome‑based system that validates authorization, delivers symbolic payloads, and maintains continuity across all carrier networks. Helix operates as Canada’s sovereign emergency‑infrastructure backbone, integrating directly with carrier networks to ensure continuity of life‑critical communications
